Site blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent image release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying various areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the ongoing congressional process.
